beauty
I love how people always say "oh, everyone is beautiful just the way they are, makeup/clothes/whatever don't matter" (which they don't act on in practice, by the way). Y'all, that shouldn't even matter at all. Physical appearance is not beauty. Beauty is how someone treats others, their inner thoughts and feelings, their imagination, their compassion. Beauty can belong to both men and women. With most people, you don't even know if they're beautiful until you know them as a person. So stop being so shallow and start acting like you're a human being.
